first time in 2 years.
Míle Buíochas to all our teachers for coaching the teams throughout the year.
A sincere word of thanks to Toddy Nelson our caretaker and various parents for helping us get organised on the lead up to the blitz.
It was great to be able to have a day out in our local club Wolfe Tones, with loads of support from our parents.
A lot of tired pupils this afternoon after an exciting day out.
We still have Active School Week still to look forward too

A special word of thanks to Davy Hogan of Shannon Town United AFC for giving up his time to help officiate the tournament.

JUNIOR AND SENIOR INFANTS
Junior and Senior Infants have been very busy in Aistear this term. In September we had a lot of jobs to do in St. Senan's School - taking messages over the phone as our school secretary, teaching very well behaved students, dropping in forgotten lunches and collecting children for appointments.
This month we have been looking after babies in St Senan's Crèche - filling bottles with formula, sterilising baby's bottles, putting toddlers down for a nap and more! Check out some of our pictures to see us working hard...

first AND second CLASS
Our September author of the month was David Walliams. On September 20th we tuned into a live Zoom interview with him.
We had been working very hard reading some of his famous books and coming up with questions we would like to ask him if we got the chance.
There was great excitement when we realised that our question had been chosen out of hundreds of submissions!
